    Hey There

Weirdest thing, was printing along, and the tube popped out of the bushing. I tried pushing it back in, push and twist, it still pops loose. Whenever I print, the extruder pushes the tube up and the filament doesn't go to the hot end, just a bigger and bigger gap between bushing and tube.

Is there a better way to attach the tube to the bushing again?

We have since released a free upgrade for it. You can read more about it here: deltaprintr.com/delta-go-trade/

I have the exact issue stated above with UPGRADED machine. I didn't receive a new tube in the upgrade kit and honestly it seems like the old tube is too small for the new fittings. Please help.

A tube was included with every upgrade that was shipped out. Please make sure you check the bag carefully as the tube is transparent and easy to miss. The new tube is bigger in diameter. The old tube will not work with the new push-fits.

You can order one on our shop. Make sure you order at least 45mm. The tube needs to be cut to 45mm once you receive it. We sell it in 12 inch. lengths.
